Tape Drive Not Detected

    We have an Acronis True Image Enterprise Server (Build 8,076) running on a Windows Server 2003 R2. From the device manager an IBM ULTRIUM-TD3 SCSI Sequential Device (Tape drive) is detected and is working properly with a tape media inserted.

    Unfortunately this tape drive can't be detected by Acronis. The tape.exe generated this:

    Found tape \\.\tape0

    please help...

    Eaglegreek,

    Try updating to the latest build. I think I remember something about builds 8163 and below having a bug with the tape drive not being seen.
