    Back on topic :p

I work *somewhere; doing something - but I won't say exactly what* where I come into contact with thousands of people coming from abroad daily (you should have a pretty good idea of the environment now :D) ... Anyway I've never taken a pill/shot for anything (And don't plan too in the future either) -= Knocking on Wood=- I still haven't contracted anything. I'll second what Slammer said; we are our own worse enemies - MDs prescribe too much too often, IMO resulting in weaker immune systems and strong 'bugs'.

Puttin' on the latex glove ... "trust me buddy; it's worse for me than it is for you." :ninja:

Ps. You don't bend over any more ... No we *sit* and wait. :p

Well give us a little break will you! It's mid-nite here and about 5am where the Chiser is. I'm sure that after Nursie Simone gives him his Pablum and burps him he will arrive, remembering to put on his pants this time, and show you who's who!!

    So there!!

I just wanted to say that you may have good genes.

They discovered why certain people survived the "Black Death" ~ even when they came into contact with infected ones...and many others died.

The ones that survived had some certain gene that kept them immune
    against the disease.

Let's all hope for good genes, eh ?

Boy oh boy. If they didn't die of the Flu...then probably most likely of over-high bloodpressure, due to all the salt intake !!
    Don't ya think...? :doubt:

I've been told that if your Ancestors survived the 'The Black Death', then there is a 99% chance that you will carry an Immunity against any Virus or Bacteria...

Sad to say though, it appears that every one of mine died, not one survived....Looks as if poor 'ole Cochise is doomed......:doubt: :'(

Yeah...thats pretty much it!! I'm not much into the handwringing. The latest Storm, Wilma, got scant play here (I guess everyone got bored w/weather).
Well, my daughter lives in Hollywood, Fla and they got hammered. She is OK and will just have to be ready for the next one. Just another day!

Yeah!! It was just that I read Snoguy's post that Tammi was no longer hoarding! Dudly Do-Right, RCMP, confiscated all red tinted lite bulbs in Inuit and spirited Nell out of the danger zone before DJ could tie her to the RR tracks. Muttly and Brinkley reported this on the local PMS TV station and were able to 'Stop The Pidgeon' in it's tracks.

:D :D :D :D :D :D.....Guess y'all might want to read Post #2 in this Thread....then prepare to take out a second Mortgage on your Home to pay for one (1 only) Tamiwhatever placebo, when these kindly Chemical Companies decide to put a 'Few' back on the Market, or better still put every penny you have into Roche Shares.....what proof, upto now, has there been that this 'Pill' actually works??......

Sorry Snow Mate, but that's how rumours start,.....Bird 'Flu has NOT 'Hit' Britain......The truth, despite what the media BS would have us all believe, is that ONE Imported Parrot, died of, 'Suspected' Bird' Flu whilst in Quarantine here......!!.....!!....??....

    Fiddlesticks my Fiesty Friend,

Fox Freedom News Flash (We report....you figger it out)!!

Forty or fifty flocks of flabby fiendish Flickers w/flu are fast flying and flapping forward four or five fathoms per flight for the Firth of Forth. Frequently fledgling finicky Flickers find favored fermented food (filet of farina) forthwith for feeding in Fothersham but feathers fly forthwith for fighting fickle Flickers freak out w/fistacuffs. Find a Fort to flee to until February til the Flicker fireworks fizzle.

Failure to fanatically follow faithfully further frazzled forgerys of fact forment fatalism!
