    Hi to you all.
My NOD32 v2.12.2 (italian version) appends the tag message on every e-mail even if I set to append it only to infected e-mail.
The same happens if I set "all e-mail".
If I set "no notification", the tag message does not appear.
My e-mail client is Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 1.
Does it happen to you too?
    Thanks.

    Hi!

    Have you solved that problem?
I have the same problem. Can't figure how to fix it.

Has anyone got the same problem?

    Cheers.

I have the same problem with polish version.

It is quite strange but I set option to append NOD32 signature only to mail with viruses and I also get it on mails with PDF attachments (no infection - only NOD32 "advert").

    Hi to you all.
No, the problem is still alive.
Do you think that we can ask to support@nod32.com to solve the problem?

Well, this is not a primary bug.
I think that Eset support has got many other things to do.
I'll post the problem to them, but I think it will be ignored.

I would hope not, that is why they are called "Support" and not "Ignore"... ;)

    Hello folks,

If you have ticked the box "List all files" in the Scanner setup window in IMON, this will happen. By default this box is not ticked. If however it is ticked, you will either get No Notification or all mail will be tagged whether infected or not. In fact all tags will look slightly different even on 'clean' emails:

    __________ NOD32 1.876 (20040924) Information __________

This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system.
    part000.txt - is OK

    http://www.nod32.com

Have a look in IMON > Setup > (new window) Miscellaneous tab... (bottom pane) Scanner: Setup > (new window, lower right corner) System: box can be ticked for 'List all files'.

    Hope this helps.

    Bandicoot (Eset Technical Support) :D
