T11 activation

Hello

I was sent a serial key for ATI 11. How do you add it to the trial?

I could not locate any way to activate the trial, so I downloaded the full version (again) using the link in the activation email. Alternately, still downloading again, you could register the key and download (again) it from the registration page.

 

The trial cannot be activated. Register you serial key at www.acronis.com and download the latest purchased version of TI11 and install using your key.

 

Hello

I clicked on the link in e-mail that was sent along with the new key, not the BETA key. Went to my account and it says it is registered. Gives download link. Whewn downloading and installing it shows trial.
I will try it again and see if I missed something.

The free trial must be un-installed prior to installing the paid version.

 

You need to use this page https://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/updates/index.html to register your serial number not the link you recieved for the trial.

 

Ok got it now. I didn't see that I had both the Trial & full version exe's on my desktop LOL
