    "New in version 1.04

    - BHO's (Browser Helper Objects) Manager has been added
    - Some improvements for stability have been done

System Security Suite (3S) is the program to remove internet tracks and junk files from your computer. It allows you to delete Cookies, clear Internet Explorer Cache, delete index.dat Files, clear Typed URLs, Windows Temp Folder and much more. You can also specify custom folder locations with file masks, which will be cleaned in addition to the selected items. In addition, the program allows you to view and optionally remove programs that launch automatically at Windows startup as well as Browser Helper Objects."

The thing I didn't like about it is that after you make your selection of things to clean and then hit the clean button You have to reboot for it to clean. :(

Once you hit the clear button the items should be erased. The option to restart are for items like index.dat that requires a restart for its data to be wiped. This is usually standard for most cleaners that wipe index.dat. The program Eraser, you also have to schedule it to restart if you want to wipe the index.dat file. So you should be able to clear and then choose cancel, so you do not have to restart.

Do you see this dialog after you hit "clear selected items?"

If you create a test folder and put some text files inside it, and then mark it as a "user defined folder" in System Security Suite, it should erase the text files without the need of a reboot. However for some other files to be erased you would need a reboot like I mentioned. Note that index.dat files don't get deleted from your hard drive but the data within them will be wiped.
