System Infected With Win 7 Anti-Spyware 2011

    I take image back ups quite often with Macrium Reflect Pro so it's not an issue to me.

    Windows restore does a decent job ( win7 + win8 ) and can be useful for the many normal users out there that usually do not perform backup on a regual bases (if ever). I do not recommend to disable it as sometimes is the last resort for issues with PCs without an available backup :thumb:

    Agreed. On XP machines I reduce what I feel is the excessive amount of disk space allocated to SR (on "7" I believe the default is 10gig which is reasonable for large hard drives). I also disable it on System Recovery partitions and external USB drives, but for Drive C: it is sometimes a life saver.
