    For some reason, starting on about April 9, my scheduled backups stopped running.

    The scheduled backups start, then, according to the log, terminate with the message "Module Error (Code) 104(0x1006:cool: No such file...../Scripts/6C7EC66D-etc. -etc. " This applies to two separate scheduled operations.

    I executed a manual incremental backup without a problem, as well as a trial full backup to the Secure Zone (started then user terminated till later). The only change to the system I can recall from around April 9 is installing the new Microsoft Antispyware program.

    Hello michael_in_atlanta,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please delete your sheduled tasks then run new scheduled backups. If the problem remains please do the following:

    - Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/schedmgr.exe file;
    - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
    - Run the following command in the folder you saved the file to:

    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    - Send the created schedreport.txt file to support@acronis.com along with the description of the problem.

    Thank you.

    I ran

    schedmgr get report > c:\schedreport.txt

    I could read the report in the DOS window, but could not get it to write to a txt file. It gave a "bad command" message after printing the report to the window.

    It may be that I am too many years away from writing DOS command lines?

    Hello michael_in_atlanta,

    To be absolutely sure everyhting will work please follow the step-by-step instruction:

    1. Save the schedmgr.exe file on C:\ drive;
    2. Open "Start" -> "Run" and input the command
    cmd
    3. Input the command
    cd C:\
    4. Input the command
    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    Please input all the commands exactly in the way they are written here. After that you will find the file schedreport.txt on the C:\ drive.

    Also please check whether the problem persists if you temporarily uninstall Microsoft Antispyware.

    Thank you.
