Should it take over 15 minutes for ESET Sysinspector to load its menus?

The dialog box is sitting at "Performing Loading Sequence" and the thermometer appears to be at 100%. Task manager shows Sysinspector process is chewing between 35 and 50% of the CPU. Finally, the menus appea. ESET 5.2.9.1, XP SP3, defs 7220. I ran CCleaner before running Sysinspector. HIPS is currently disabled as I am also having issues with ekrn.exe locking up my system from time to time (see related thread
https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=320652). A USB drive is attached, but I have never had any lockup issues
    with it.

I have saved off a log should ESET support need it.

Oddly enough, my second computer, a Sony Vaio laptop has no issues with Sysinpector, the menus come up after a minute or two.

Probably you have an enourmous number of certain values in registry keys that ESI enumerates. I'd suggest contacting Customer Care and supplying them with the ESI log for perusal.
