Swizzor Trojan

Hi All,

Could someone please Help Me as I'm unable to get rid of popups when surfing the net? I'm using running Windows XP Professional and I use IE7 to surf the net. I have run SypBot (Search & Distroy) and it keeps finding Swizzor trojan and says that it fixed the problem but as soon as I connect onto the net agian the popups keep coming back. I have even disable Windows XP restore then run SpyBot and deleted Swizzor trojan agian and again then enable restore but that doesn't work as the popups are back. Do I need to install Highjackthis with this post ? This my first post asking for help -)
