    Im currently running NOD32 with Comodo Firewall. I use MBAM as an on demand scanner for spyware and Spyware Blaster to keep loopholes closed as much as possible. Ive recently won a full 1 year subscription for Vipre AV by Sunbelt.

    What are the differences in:

    Resource usage
    Virus detection
    Heuristics
    Virus removal
    Hardware and Software Compatibility

    Try them both, and see which runs the best for you. They are both fine options.

    A versus B?

    NOD is a proven top-level antivirus. Vipre has anecdotal claims & little more.
