We just switched from dial-up to DSL. Live upgrade no longer connects for Spyware Guard. Cannot find any connection device since we no longer have dial-up. What's the secret?

The only difference between dial-up and DSL is the connection runs much faster using DSL.

Can you give more info on what/where you are trying to connect and does your new modem have a firewall?

Kept monkeying around and today the connection (DSL) started working. Thank you for your consideration. Once in a while with computers, even the dragon wins.
