SWB 4.0 keeps undoing "Enable ALL protection"

    spywareblaster keeps on undoing, only for IE (not Firefox or "restricted sites"), my "Enable ALL protection" everytime my laptop is rebooted or restarted. Does this mean I'm infected?...or what's going on here? Everytime I need to reboot or shutdown and turned back on, the "0 items have protection disabled" always revert to "14 items have protection disabled"!!!!!

    Why SpywareBlaster 4.0 doing this? Help, please!!
