Suspicious file

Anybody know if passfinderxp.exe is malware that can compromise security in Windows? The only website that has info on it is prevx and mcafee's siteadvisor, both are inconclusive about the program's status - while site advisor says the website providing the file is clean. Both NOD32 and Kaspersky's online scanner came up as clean with it.

 

Have you scanned this with Virus Total yet?

 

eSafe scanned it as a suspicious trojan while Webwasher Gateway scanned it as
Win32.ModifiedUPX.gen!84 (suspicious). All the other vendors came up clean.
