Support Question.. Who do We Call

    I am in the IT dept of a large company. I'm currently searching for a product to image 30 of our servers and create images that support different hardware for deployment of pc's. This is one that I am looking at.

    One of the checks I am doing to compare the different companies is comparing tech support. I can not for the life of me find a way to get a hold of acronis tech support. We will not pay this kind of money for a product that does not have great tech support. They are charging what the others charge.

    Do they give you a phone number to call after you purchase the product or what?
