Support Problem

    I have written two letters to ESET in as many days asking them about a download problem. I have received no response other then cursorily form letter stating 'we have received your request' etc. Today i received a letter from a reseller asking me if i am enjoying my trial download.....which of course does not exist. The link in the email wanted is supposed to send me ESET should i have questions. The link is nsvirtualurl.com .....is this url legit and does ESET have this seemingly less then ideal support ?

    The trial version can be downloaded from http://www.eset.eu/download/trial
    www.eset.eu is the ESET European site

    Not so sure about nsvirtualurl.com
    Download your trial from the EU site :thumb: and enjoy it ;)

    Do you have any other question about the program ? You can probably post them here ...
