I have tried to get a message thro to Eset in Australia to assist with a problem created by the antivirus software slowing the pc and the email and web message keeps bouncing back.
Ready to give up on this product

    Hello Bridey,

Post more info on your problem here. There are plenty of users willing to help.

Include all pertinent information on your problem as well as your operating system and any other security software you run or may have run.

I run Microsoft Windows XP home edition. Previously on Nortons with no problem and thought I'd try the NOD 32 on a recommendation. I removed Nortons before loading NOD. I have taken the 30 day trial download to check it out.
I find it uses all the CPU by running ekrn.exe. Consequently all other programs run impossibly slow. I have to disable NOD to do anything.
Been thro the help and FAQ screens . Tried a few things and still no joy.
Tried to contact Support. My web and email (via my gMail address) and messages come back with "We do not accept mail from non-ISP addresses". Seems i cannot get thro to them to get advice.

Just about ready to try another protection system. This is my last hope before i give up and stop wasting my time.
Any advice will be gratefully rec'd.

Ta for the advice. It may have worked. The remnants of Nortons were uninstalled and I removed a couple of spyware programs . Speeds seem to be acceptable now.
    I will perservere
    Cheers Bridey

Someone else posted in the forums about their emails bouncing to Australia support, and someone else mentioned they never received an email after ordering online. Perhaps they changed internet providers or hosting recently?
