I read that I should be able to submit a support ticket or request a chat while under trial and the 1st 30 days of ownership. But apparently that's not true. In order to submit a support request, I have to register my software, but I can't figure out how to register my trial - and there's no other way to contact support. You can't chat, phone or submit a ticket. Am I missing something here? What is the actual turn around of a support request? I've seen some threads that indicate it's weeks not days or a day. I like this product but I also want support to be available when I have issues. Thanks for any feedback!
