    SAS was updated to v5.0.1150!

    Please be ware now after the installation it prompts you to install the Crappy Google chrome! :mad:

    Note: Careful, if you don't want to ever buy the Pro license, then make sure not to enable the Pro features while in the settings such as: Realtime Protection or Automatic Updates for the application itself

    If you do not have a license, you can purchase a license HERE

    - Download SUPERAntiSpyware Portable v5.0.1150

    This scanner features the complete scanning and removal engine and will detect AND remove over 1,000,000 spyware/malware infections. The scanner does NOT install anything on your Start Menu or Program Files and does NOT need to be uninstalled.

    The scanner contains the latest definitions so you DO NOT need Internet Access on the infected system to scan.

    What the heck, even if I download the portable edition it still installs the regular Free version!

    Welcome guys, anyone knows why the portable version isn't really portable? It is the same as the Free Edition o_O

    Regarding bundling, unfortunately most of the vendors are "going down the drain" :) I can't be too hard on them though when the apps are free and a custom install with the option to opt out is available.

    Exactly, learn to read all the windows you get instead of blindly going...next next next next without looking.

    As long as they provide us with a option to opt out then i say it's a fair deal, we get something for free which can help us and they get a bit of extra income keeping the free option available. :)
