    Is this a 'we are getting there' sort of thing Nick?

    I notice tdss banded about in all the enhancement publications of late yet seen little change.

    Here an older sample of tdl 3.22 MD5 6E8EB61DB9E9E3A70B5BFAE2F4AA2423, (check your vt depository,) SAS real-time protection didn't detect :blink: and running a scan doesn't see and so obviously could not remove.

    @tactful;

    Your license will be carried over once you install over your existing setup.

    We do incremental releases all of the time to keep up with the spyware/malware. Our version 5.0 is a major technology update and some of the technologies are released into the 4.x version series to improve the current product prior to the 5.0 release.

    As for the TDL 3.22 MD5 - it may be an item we missed, I will add it to the next release. I appreciate you letting me know! We constantly update our detection technology to improve detection and removal. Not every single infection can be caught be every product on a given day - as we ( and others ) process more samples, each product becomes stronger.

    If you, or others, have samples or infections we don't clean up, we want to know so we can update our product to handle it of course.

    Develop an algorithm into SAS that detects and removes tdl3 and tdlx64.

    btw I send you a lot of samples through SSS including tdl3.22

    There is lots of new technology in version 5.0 along with a new interface, faster scanning, new real-time, etc.
