There was a simple FP that was resolved within 8 minutes of discovering it. As for our GUI, wait for version 5.0 :)

Well The latest FP which SAS ID'd as Rogue Security essentials 2010 ripped out Avira and I can't reinstall. Also I can't install Avast as a substitute, so I'm using MSE for now. So SAS is now off my system. I will be reinstalling my OS as there may be other damage I haven't found yet. I have some very knowledgeable friends who tried everything under the sun to get around the problem related to Avira and Avast by the way and a reinstall of the OS is all that's left.

We have very few false positives compared to other products in our category. Unfortunatey things happen and we resolve them immediately.

I apologize for an inconvenience that was caused for you.

SUPERAntiSpyware will work equally well in either situation - we have a hybrid approach - meaning we do scan inside files as well as use the locations of files and traces. We are part of VirusTotal.com so we have to scan inside files or we would not detect any threats there as you only are passed a "raw" file with no location information.
