That's the paradox : they're platinium sponsor, but do not support LE Certificates for the time being :-(

Kyle when is SUMo Pro going to have the feature where it will run all the time in the background and alert the user when there is a update?

I know the feature is planned. I am just wondering when it will happen?

    No rush.

    Probably in v4.4.x branch.
Next steps that I consider of a higher priority is :
    - make portable version truly portable (no use of registry, no leftovers) -> Strong demand from users
    - make GUI more modern (at least less old-fashionned :) ) -> Also very strong demand.

    Why?
    And in what way?
What is wrong with the current GUI?
I think it is near to perfection as it is.

I'll propose draft of concepts before changing anything :)
Some users are confused about :
    - "scan" vs "check"
    - "delete" vs "ignore" vs "skip"

    Ah, I understand.
To me, those options were quite self explanatory, but I could imagine how to some they are not.
I suppose tooltips could be helpful, or a help file.

I'm looking forward to your ideas.

Perhaps once a month, or less. Usually, a few seconds later the SUMo (server?) issue is resolved.
Right this moment there is no lag for me.
Have you tried a moment later?

You can get the SUMo log file via SUMo UI, Help, Open Log File (Ctrl+L)

Please go to settings, enable debug mode, restart sumo and send logs again.

It seems that what takes 3minutes is loading. Maybe files on a network drive ? Logs will tell :)

This will be a while it takes SUMo about 3 to 5 minutes to just complete every time I open it.
