The question is very simple and straightforward. Is there any software firewall that prevents regular users to modify rules set by administrator? Explanation: I (Admin) will set rules after installation. Regular Users should not be able to change the rules or disable firewall product, nor they should get any prompt to allow/deny any application traffic. Platform: Windows Server 2008 R2/ 2012 R2 My personal preference is Tinywall ( I dont know whether its follows my conditions or not) but I am open to other solutions. Thanks in advance.
