I just tried to submit a file, but looks like it is disabled.
    Is this the case?

    Hello Stormboy,

You can also submit a sample. By right clicking on the film, now a context menu will appear, select advanced options select the option send files for analysis.

Or you can follow these instructions.

Did you compressed the sample(s)? How did you try to send the sample?

    Regards
    Niels

    Hi Niels
It was a RAR file with a xxxxxxx.jpeg.exe
I did not open it but ESET did not quarantine it.

Could be clean file, but tried to submit it, it failed then told me the file was cached

I have since just deleted the file out of email and off PC not sure were it was cached!
