Stuck at 2.12.2!!!!

This is a strange one, I have 3 PCs, all with NOD installed (3 separate licences )

The settings on the PCs are all the same. Strangely, two of them have updated itself to the latest version - 2.12.3, while the other is still stuck on 2.12.2....

The two PCs running the latest NOD is on xp home and Pro, while the other is also on xp home.....

This isn't something that I just noticed recently, I know the two machines on 2.12.3 have been using it for 3-4 weeks minimum, just not had time to post on this forum....

I have tried clicking the update button, it says I am running the latest edition... Updates is set on auto, and will update components when available, yet, it's not happening

Anybody having similar problems?

 

Hi 0pium_Dealer, 2.12.3 is not an auto update it has to be downloaded and installed manually.

so then it did auto update, i can't get my machine to auto update either.

 

No 2.12.3 will not auto update, it is available through download only from the www.nod32.com website.

make sure you have not enabled a firewall... xp sp2 runs by default!

if so... set in the firewall exceptions list for c:\program files\eset\nod32krn.exe to be excepted from blocking.
