My pc seems to be setting up a local ip without my asking. In addition to the ip from my isp, it is setting up an ip with 192.168.100.2 with communicates with a remote ip of 192.168.100.1.

I am running XP SP1 with one NIC using a cable modem and no router. I did find a keylogger and dDos.RAT.rBot which were removed but the local ip is still being created when I connect to the net and getting heavy incoming on port 135 and others.

Scans with various av and at (including TDS-3) shown nothing.

    Any help appreciated.
