Strange goings on

Hi,

I cannot seem to find out why, but when my PC boots it does a strange thing. I never had a log in screen, it would just go straight to the start page(wallpaper page, with system tray and start button don't know what else to call it). Now I have to hit the User button to get there. If they PC goes idle (4 min)it goes back to the log in page and I have to click the button again. Also when it boots up I get this strange message(as posted below). It actually makes 2 copies of this message. Any clues a to what it means. I have not done anything different. It started 3 days ago. I have scanned with an AV, did 2 online scans. I scanned with a AS, and I scanned with Spysweeper online scan. All clean.

Thanks for the extremely quick reply snowbound. I did a search but could not find anything like what you found. I will give it a try and see how it goes.
