Merry Xmas! I've downloaded the new Look'n'Stop 2.05! It's a great firewall! But i came up with a problem... Randomly it stops protecting, has i see the log stop having new info... After this i've tested in the "Shield's UP" site and the results i get are the same of those without the LNS. Even though it's on, it's not filtering anything. After restarting LNS everythings ok again... Any ideas on this? Thx in advance, Zen PS: win xp, using phantom rules, P IV, cable 640kbps
Hey Zen Lot of people including myself been experiencing false readings from “Shields UP”, you should always get secondary opinion. Next time the problem re-appears lets verify whether Internet Filtering actually stops working by “Temporary” enabling warning flag on the rule “TCP : Allow” and do bit of surfing.
