Still get Error 0x70021 w/ latest build and snapAPI

I'm running TI 11 build 8101 and the latest snap API build 359 per the following article:

Acronis True Image Errors Out With "Unable to create volume snapshot"

It started happening after I tried to use a file exclusion during a full backup. It doesn't happen if I don't use an exclusion. I found that article and upgraded everything and tried again, but I get the same error. I was using the following wildcard for the exclusion:

c:\folder\*.*

Any suggestions? Am I missing something obvious? I'm attaching an image of the error.

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

If you want to exclude C:\folder\ it should be kept in slashes without *.*

Folder C:\folder\ should be excluded using exclude specified file/folders option.

Try to set the exclusion in the following way and let us know the results:

C:\folder\
