I was able to stealth port 139 by following the directions from symantec.

Click on Lan, properties, general, tcp/ip. properties, advanced, win tab then select disable net bios over tcp/IP

If anyone has d-link , you can stealth 113 by going to VPN, enable then typing in stealth port 113, private Id, give whatever address not on lan, protocol, check TCP, private and public , write 113, then schedule - always.

I ran a scan through www.grc.com and www.symantec and I passed the stealth test for everything.

Just thinking that I am writing down what everyone already knows.
