Starting Clean

    I have read of people who format and reload their whole system about once a year to start clean. Now if someone could write a program to accomplish the removal of junk safely it would be great. How about one of you computer wizzs taking care of this?

    If this were a serious alternative, I wouldn't even be at Wilders. Why bother if at the end of a discretionary period, I could just simply reformat my HDD and start clean.... There would be no rhyme or reason to impose oftentimes restrictive defense apps on myself if a reformat is not the last option....
