FYI: Installed the iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive & tried to use the stand alone acronis to restore from HMNHD. Was unable to see the HMNHD unless one of the other pc's on the network was running windows. All the pc's have the same workgroup & that is how the stand alone was able to restore from HMNHD. The stand alone has a network storage but HMNHD is not that type network storage. Just thought u would like to know. Any ideas why or alternate ways to restore a crashed pc? TIA

    Hello jtmedin,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

Could you please provide us with the exact title of your product? What is the build number of your Acronis software? Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis program.

If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build and re-create Acronis Booting Rescue Media. Check its functionality. If this doesn't help, please provide us with the license number via PM, I will provide you with an ISO file to create another Acronis Booting rescue media, this can solve the issue.

    Thank you.
