SQL Server issues

    Not sure if anyone can help me or not but did a seach and got this site.

    I am having problems installing SQL Server 2005 Service pack 3 it keeps saying failure when it gets to the hotfix point and then when I try to open the one program that i guess needs this it gives me a error that says

    "Your SQL Server instalation is either corupt or has been tampered with. (Could not open SQLEVN70.RLL) Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem."

    not sure how to fix cause there is no SQLEVN70.RLL in the program file for SQL Server

    Can anyone please help I have been working on this for 3 days now and I'm so frustrated its not funny.
