SpywareGuard will not load

    I have a new PC with Wndows XP pro SP2 factory installed. If I put a shortcut to SpywareGuard in my start folder it doesn't load. If I try and start the program manually after my start folder loads it won't start. If I disable my startup folder and load SG first it seems to work fine. I moved all of my start folder programs to Start Delay and tried to start SG first but still no luck. Is anyone else having this issue and has a solution been found?
