SpywareGuard stopping popup descriptions

    When running SpywareGuard it prevents popup descriptions when hovering the mouse over icons (minor irritation). When I turn it off everything is fine. A friend is having the same problem so I know it is not just my machine.

    Any ideas or is this a glitch in the program?
