SpywareGuard Live Update

    I have been unable to complete a live update. The error message says server may be temporarily unavailable or a conflict with firewall software. Is the server OK? My definitions had shown 1/04. I uninstalled and re-installed, but still no live update. Now the definitions are from 8/03. SpyBlaster updates (also Ad aware, Spybot) all are OK. The same problem is on my home computer. Thanks. Great forum!
