    1. Does SpywareGuard monitor changes to the HOSTS File?

    2. Will SpywareGuard slow down an Old Win98 Pentium 133mhz PC? ... How much cpu resources does it use? ..., since I had a noticeable slow down using winpatrol, until I uninstalled it.

    3. What are the min. hardware and software requirements for running SpywareGuard?
