SpywareGuard help!

    Hi, new user to SpywareGuard & the live update won't connect, I've tried configuring Norton Security firewall to accept the update engine but it still comes up with the same message, any help would be appreciated o_O
    Please be advised I have SpywareBlaster installed & running.
