spywareg not appearing in taskbar

FOr some reason my Spyware Guard no longer appears in the taskbar.

If I look in the task manager, SGMAIN appears int eh running programs list. But it does not appear in the taskbar next to the clock.

I tried removing the program completely and re-installing it, and the SG icon appeared only the first time after the iinstall but after the next reboot I am back to it not appearing agian.

I have not changed my system, software or hardware in quite some time.

I am running Windows XP SP1.
Any idea what is going on ?

Looks like along with sgmain.exe u should also have process sgbhp.exe.
