   Running XP Pro; Program loads and runs when logged in as Admin; Program gives error message about "mscomctl.ocx not registered..." when trying to load and run when logged in as a power user. Suggestions?? Already uninstalled and reinstalled. All XP patches installed. Problem does not occur on W2K Pro machine.
