SpywareBlaster won't run

Hi, I can't get the GUI for SpywareBlaster nor SpywareBlaster AutUpdate Configuration to open. I can see the "spywareblaster.exe" process in the task manager start after several attempts to open the GUI but it soon stops. The event log is not showing any related info. I'm running version 3.2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, dss

Could you please provide some more details about your system? Such as...

-Version of Windows
-Any other security applications you have installed (anti-virus, firewall, etc.)
-Whether any version of SpywareBlaster, including 3.2, has worked for you at any point previously

hi,
winxp pro fully patched - firewall enabled (tested disabling)
symantec corp a/v - spywareblaster directory excluded
ad-aware se - spywareblaster directory excluded
spybot s & d - removed
uninstalled spywareblaster, reboot, re-installed, reboot - still won't run

at one point the program was working. it's possible that the problems correspond with an ms update. i have, recently, installed spyware guard and that is working. i'm not rec'ving any errors from spywareblaster or the event log.
