Spywareblaster problems - please oh please help!!

Hi,

My computer has recently been inundated with adware and spyware, i downloaded the 2 main free removers but they werent getting rid of it all and i was still having problems. So i tried to download the spywareblaster software, after it finished downloading (i tried from mulitiple sources too just in case), it just comes up with a message saying the program cannot run and needs to be reinstalled as it has been damaged my either part of my hard drive or a virus.....what do i do? If i cant download it then i cant get rid of the problems....please help me somebody!!
