SpywareBlaster Costumized the Block List.

Hi, I,m new here and joined because I'm a newbie when it comes to computers and the Net.

I recently have been plagued by bugs and removed the WINDOWS 98 Internet Exployer programs, as much as I know how, from my computer.

Two questions, if anyone cares to answer.

1.
Did I do the right thing in removing Win IE?

2.
Whenever I use the "SpywareBlaster Custumize the Block List" program option to restrict the actions of spyware/tracking sites in the Internet Explorer, these site listinings are automatically unenabled. Is this do the fact that I have altered/removed the IE program of Windows 98 and therefore the "SpywareBlaster Custumize the Block List" program does not recognize the need to be enabled on these listed sites?
