    snowbound you're the bomb!

By unchecking Prevent Spyware/Tracking cookies the problem has disappeared.

    Thanks again,
    NHscoop :)

    Your Welcome,

although i know it is a little time consumming, i would try to narrow it down to which Tracking Cookie it is by unchecking each entrie, then checking your mail so at least only that entry remains unchecked while the others stay checked for protection from the rest of the Tracking Cookie entries. :)

vickenator....I have merged your post into your already onging thread from the other day. Please continue with your ongoing problem in that thread.

    This thread---> https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=328848

I also notice this is the second time we have had to split your post off concerning this same problem. Please be advised your problem will be addressed much easier if you start your own thread and also keeps down on duplicate work by those wishing to assist. If by chance your not understanding how to start your own thread....feel free to ask.

I know that when you open SpywareBlaster 3.2 and then click the 'Close' button, then you are still protected by it, but what happens if you then turn your computer off, and the next day you turn it on and log on? Does it start running in the background or do you have to open the program and then press 'Close' again?

Re: SpywareBlaster 3.2 released! - Auto Protect

FAQ: Do I have to keep SpywareBlaster running for it to provide protection?

    Code:
    [B]DETAILS[/B]

SpywareBlaster does not need to remain running to provide protection.

After you enable protection for all items, you can exit the program and you
    will still be protected.

But don't forget to run SpywareBlaster at least once a week to download
the latest updates and enable protection for them!

    Hi Javacool,

I have tried the spyblaster3.2 and it works great, can i have some clarification about the product and it's working concept.

    1) I have noticed that there is no icon present in the startup bar or
anywhere abouthte spyblaster running on the system. Is it running as
a service then what is the service name of it.

    2) Is there any version of spyblaster is available to depoly it in the
    network and manage it centrally.

Since iam a new user i have this concerns, if anyone can clarify this i willbe a thankful.

    Sure. :)

It isn't running as a service - in fact it doesn't have to run at all. SpywareBlaster makes various changes to the registry to enable its protection.

I think you'll be pleased to know that SpywareBlaster Network Version is currently nearing release. More details here: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbbusiness.html

Full details will be available soon.

    I hope I helped.

    Best regards,

    Hi Javacool,

always been running spywareblaster on win98,
updated to winXP Pro SP2 and spywareblaster 3.2 recently and when trying to run Spywareblaster for the second time, I encountered the following problem

'SpywareBlaster has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

Than, I'm asked to send an error report, i've tried to copy the text of the report, but the window won't let me selct the text, any suggestions how to fix this?I've already reinstalled spywareblaster but still get the same error.
Is it a known error or is it spyware preventing me from using spywareblaster?

any help would be appreciated, love your program!!

    Hi zdenal. :)

    Welcome to Wilders.

No need to keep SpywareBlaster minimized. It is not a running process. Just enable all protection, close it and check for updates once a week.
