I just tried to download a client for the pokernetwork known as ipoker but NOD32 quarantined it, telling me it contained a variant of win32/PTCasino . Is this likely to be a false positive? I tried with several different clients, from different 'skins' for the iPoker network, but every single one of them contained this adware, according to NOD32. FWIW iPoker is one of the biggest online poker networks, ranking third in cash game traffic, according to pokerscout, so I would think they try to keep their business clean, as they make huge amount of money

This is not a false positive . NOD32 may be detecting it as a potentially unsafe application but I am not sure. If I were you , I would stay away from that application
