   My problem: Spyware Guard is downloaded. It will NOT execute NOR uninstall. How do I get it uninstalled ? I have tried to uninstall using XP, and also by trying to delete the entire Folder.

   Before we tackle the un-install if that's your wish....what do you mean by "will NOT execute"
