spyware guard question

    I've read in several places that I should download both SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard. I did download spywareblaster but on the spywareguard page there is a warning about it interfering with other security systems in the computer. I have McAfee anti virus and SpyBot SD (plan to put AdAware on soon). Will Spywareguard interfere with these or anything else I should know about? Please note I'm not particularly computer savvy. I'm running Windows 98 and Internet Explorer 6. Thanks!!

    Also I read that with the paid version of AdAware there is a spyware blocking tool called AdUpdate. Are the Javacool products a decent substitutue for that?
