Spyware Guard not launching

    Hi:

    First time posting to this forum. I have just installed this program. However, it will not launch from the shortcut nor the start menu.

    any ideas?

    Hi and Welcome to the Forum! :)

    SpywareGuard's main desktop shortcut and its link in the Start menu do not open the SpywareGuard management window. They merely start SpywareGuard's two processes (which can be seen in the task manager) if they are not already running.

    SpywareGuard's interface is accessed only through the SG icon in the systray next to the clock. If that is present, then SpywareGuard is already running, and you right-click on that to open the interface.
