spyware guard 2.2 vs Adwatch 3.0

    Aside from cost what differences are there between SpywareGuard 2.2 and Lavasoft's Ad-watch 3.0? ;)

    Ad-watch appears to suck CPU for no apparent reason. Is it "doing" more?
