Can someone tell me if I can remove everything that spyware doctor has found or are they false/positive?

They do have the appearance of a false positive in some of the entries

It looks like it is finding the clsid blocks that spybot or spyware blaster puts in so check that before fixing them

The Zango Search entries are False Positives. Those are entries in your Restricted Zone of IE.

Thanks for all your answers but, I still have a few questions :

Global Force, What do you mean when you say to make reference? How can I do that? I have check the two site mentionne by Global Force but don't know what to do when I'm on ito_O?

Good to know that Zango Search is a False/Positive, Thanks Bubba!

DVK01, how can I check the CLSID blocks and how or where can I see if they belong to spybot or spyware blastero_O

    Thank you,

Guess I haven't been there in awhile, I thought there was a bug search o_O
To make up for it, I gathered some info for you.......

Look-up bonzibuddy, ieplugin, and virtual bouncer here, as they're typed.

C-dilla thread (omit the later comments as they're talking about a "suspect" program, SpyDoctor).

    Info on SaveNow here.

If that second item on your list is DAP, look here.

BigFun info, just info (unfamiliar with the company).

FlashGet is a type of adware thats with NetCaptor. If you enjoy the benefits of the program, fine.
    Otherwise, how to remove.

Personally, I'm not sure what Spyware Doctor can or can't remove.
If they claim to remove those items, all the better.
Bare in mind to weigh the options of keeping those items that are part of the programs you're comfortable using.....

During times like this, Google is your best friend.
Oh, and Bubba, thanks for the resize! :D

I have SpywareDoctor and it seems most of those FPs have been fixed. I don't use the real time protection features they just seem to use too much of my system resources for my taste. Also its keylogger detection is not too good. The program does seem to be improving somewhat but it's probably best to rely on Ad-Aware, SpySweeper or some other proven anti-spyware app for now.
