   Hi all -
   
   I have recently upgraded to Spyware Blaster 3.1 from version 2.6.1 and since the upgrade I have been unable to run it, getting the error "General extraction error , Location ES1".
   
   The machine in question is running Windows 2000 Professional.
   
   How can I rectify this?
